Terms and Conditions

1. Agreeing to these terms

These terms are an agreement between you and Gautam Prasanna, who runs Spawnbook ("we" or "us"). By using this site, sending us a request or subscribing to the weekly report, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy and Refund Policy. If you don't agree, please don't use them.

2. Who can use Spawnbook

• You must be at least 13 to send us a request.
• If you're 13 to 17, a parent or legal guardian must send any request with you and agree to these terms for you.
• The weekly report is only for people 18 or older who are buying it for a business, such as a studio or fund. If you subscribe for a company, you confirm you're allowed to agree to these terms for it.

3. What Spawnbook is

Spawnbook publishes information about Roblox games, built from public data, together with our scores and price estimates. The estimates come from a simple formula applied to public numbers. They are not reported earnings, and real values are often half or double our figures, sometimes more.

Nothing we publish or send is an appraisal, an offer to buy or sell, or financial, investment, legal or tax advice. Public data can be wrong, late or incomplete, and games can lose players quickly. Before you buy or sell a game, check the numbers with the other party, get their real revenue and analytics, and get professional advice.

4. We're not a broker

We don't represent buyers or sellers. We don't negotiate prices or terms, take part in any sale, introduce parties for a fee, collect a commission or hold money for anyone. Any deal you make is between you and the other party. We aren't responsible for any deal, payment, transfer or dispute between them.

We value developers' games for free and sell a report to buyers. We never share a developer's private numbers with anyone without the developer's written permission, and we never take a fee from both sides of a deal.

5. Not affiliated with Roblox

Spawnbook is independent. It isn't affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Roblox Corporation. Roblox, game names and creator names belong to their owners. We use them only to identify the games we write about.

6. The weekly report subscription

Free first issue

Your first issue is free. It doesn't start a subscription, and we don't ask for payment details to send it.

Price and automatic renewal

A paid subscription starts only when you separately agree to it and give payment details. During the pilot, it costs $500 a month plus any tax that applies. You're billed in advance on the day you start and on the same day each month after. Your subscription renews automatically every month and you'll be charged each month until you cancel. Before your first charge, we'll confirm the price, how often you'll be billed and how to cancel, and we'll ask you to agree to the automatic renewal on its own.

Cancelling

You can cancel at any time, for any reason, by emailing gautamuprasanna@gmail.com with "Cancel my subscription". You can also use a cancel link in your billing emails if you have one. Cancelling stops all future charges. You keep getting issues until the end of the month you've already paid for, and we'll confirm your cancellation by email. Refunds are covered by the Refund Policy.

Price changes and reminders

If the price changes, we'll email you at least 7 days and no more than 30 days before the new price applies, with instructions for cancelling. We'll also send a reminder once a year with the price, how often you're billed and how to cancel.

Delivery

We aim to send an issue every week. We may skip holiday weeks or a week when Roblox's data isn't available. If we miss an issue during a month you paid for, the Refund Policy explains your refund or credit.

Use of the report

The report is for you and the people in your organization. Please don't resell it, publish it or share it outside your organization.

7. What you send us

When you send us a request, you confirm that the information is accurate and that you're allowed to share it. Don't send other people's personal details, passwords, Roblox account cookies or payment card numbers. We use what you send as described in our Privacy Policy.

8. Using the site fairly

Please don't:

• use the report to harass, pressure or mislead game creators, including minors;
• pretend to be Spawnbook or say we endorse a deal;
• copy the site's content in bulk or run automated tools against it;
• break the law or Roblox's rules while using anything we publish.

9. Our content

The text, scores, methods and design of Spawnbook belong to us. You may quote short parts with credit to Spawnbook. Facts and numbers from public sources aren't ours, and the sources we link to belong to their owners.

10. Links to other sites

We link to Roblox and other websites so you can check our sources. We don't control those sites and aren't responsible for them.

11. No warranties

To the extent the law allows, Spawnbook is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind, including warranties that it is accurate, complete, available or fit for a particular purpose.

12. Limits on our liability

To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits, or losses from any deal you make or don't make. Our total liability for any claim about Spawnbook is limited to what you paid us in the 3 months before the claim, or $100 if you paid nothing. These limits don't apply to anything the law doesn't allow us to limit, such as liability for fraud or willful misconduct.

13. Responsibility for your use

If you use Spawnbook for a business, you agree to cover our reasonable costs from claims by others that come from your breaking these terms or from a deal you make.

14. Ending access

You can stop using Spawnbook at any time. We may stop providing it, or end your access if you break these terms. If we end a paid subscription for a reason other than your breaking these terms, we'll refund the unused part of the month.

15. Changes to these terms

If we change these terms, we'll post the new version here with a new effective date. For significant changes, we'll email subscribers at least 7 days before the change applies, and you can cancel before then.

16. Law and disputes

California law governs these terms. If you have a problem, please email us first, and we'll try to resolve it within 30 days. If we can't, disputes will be handled in the state or federal courts located in California, unless the law gives you the right to bring them somewhere else.
